I'm Nándor.
A graphic designer living in Atlanta, Georgia.
I used to live and work in Boston, but I left for something new. Boston had given me a lot, and I was looking to take my experiences and knowledge of design, advertising, and marketing somewhere else. After getting my Bachelors in Graphic Design from the New England Institute of Art, I picked up a job as a Graphic Designer / Communication Specialist at Boston University, through them I was able to further my education through a graduate program. Rather than gaining another design degree, I opted for something else. Advertising.
After obtaining my Master's Degree in Advertising from Boston University, I decided to jump into the marketing/advertising world by joining (at the time) DataXu. This ad tech company specialized in machine learning targeting, essentially we are getting the right advertisements to the right individuals through machine learning. Not only did joining this company prove to be a challenging career jump, I was also tasked with rebranding the entire company 5 months into my job. Everything needed to change. All marketing collateral, messaging, photography, color, logo, tagline. I and a visual designer completed the task in about a month and instantly saw sales increase and public perception change. During that change, we decided to change the company from DataXu, to dataxu. dataxu then went on to be purchased by Roku.
After dataxu I decided to move down to Atlanta, GA where I am currently an employee at OneTrust. OneTrust is a privacy company that has an emphasis on global data protection as well as adhering to laws such as the GDPR, CCPA, ISO, etc. While here I've created the most I've ever created. Infographics, white papers, data sheets, PowerPoints. You name it, I've done it.
